❥ Do I get the item in the product photos?

Yes, you will receive the exact item as depicted in the images. Throughout my entire shop, “what you see is what you get.” Each design has been assigned a unique SKU number, which will be double-checked before being shipped.

❥ Do you accept price offers or negotiations?

To be fair to all clients, I don’t negotiate on price. There are consistent steps when it comes to pricing. With the belief that we should buy better, not more, in mind. I consider the cost and quality ratio as I create each design.

❥ What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

❥ What happens when I don’t receive my order?

Typically, I purchase third-party insurance provided by Etsy on all orders that are not covered by “Etsy’s Purchase Protection program.”
Please beware, there is a required waiting period after ship date for filing an insurance claim. After the payout, the insurance company may audit the claim and request the money back if there are new updates on the tracking indicating successful delivery.

❥ Why is my order cancelled?

I do not take this step lightly. Scenario #1: There is clear communication from the buyer that she/he has changed their mind about their purchases, requesting a cancellation, that is, “Buyer and shop owner agreed to cancel transaction.” Scenario #2: Due to repeated cancellations (before shipping), returns, and the condition of returned items; more than three times within a 6-month period, it seems my designs may not be the best fit; therefore, “Shop owner cannot complete the transaction,” and a full refund is issued.

❥ Do you accept custom orders?

Custom orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Detailed information is necessary for such determination. For example, color, size, shape of the pearl(s); drawing/photo of the design; budget.

❥ How long does it take for a custom order to be completed?

In general, 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of a design and my workload. Typically, after thorough communication, the cost range will be quoted, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be requested, and 50% after. Photos of the final product will be provided before shipping.
